End of Chapter 5 - After beating Machine Gun Mike and moving onto the next boss - Splash Mike.
I entered this Arena with 2 grenades and used that to destroy the truck in-front of where you spawn. This isn't necessary though as there are more than 5 vehicles. Simply move around the arena destroying trucks as you go. Try to lure Mike's shot into the boxes so you can get more ammo. It takes two grenades or one rocket to destroy a truck.
There is an auto save just before Splash Mike if you mess up
