Located in Chapter 5 at the very end of the level. You will first fight Machine Gun Mike; after beating him you will get an auto save and move onto the next boss - Splash Mike.
He moves around the arena in a tank and you should notice a bar that comes across the center of the screen that shows the progress of his reload. Once the bar fills up, he shoots a rocket straight at you.
Place a box/crate/truck between you and the missile to avoid damage. Do this for every single item in the area to unlock this achievement. There are 21 objects that Mike has to destroy.
Mike also has to be the one to destroy them. You can't speed him along by destroying the objects yourself.
