(2) A glass bottle - You will find these in the Sewers of Chapter 2.
Mix the bottle with the Handkerchief. Then you need...
(3) Gasoline - Which you will find in a storeroom in Chapter 2. It's necessary for progression, so don't worry.
Mix the Gasoline with the Bottle/Handkerchief and you'll get a Molotov Cocktail.
