As Soon as you attempt to play your first Single Player game the tutorial will pop up. Follow the on screen instructions and after the tutorial is done *ding* 5 more gamerscore.

That doesn't happen if you play multiplayer first. In that case, the Interactive Tutorial is in Help & Options.

Just start up your first game and the tutorial should come up. If not, just go to 'Help & Options' on the main menu and it's the second option.
