How to unlock the Party of One achievement in UNO RUSH - Definitive Guide

This one is easily obtained by playing local 4 player elimination matches with 4 controllers, can be guitar/drums controllers as well. Go to House Rules, and set:
Game Mode: Elimination
Speed: whichever you are comfortable with
Scoring: None
Starting hand: whatever you like, I did it with 4 cards, as it's faster dealing.
Draw type: Draw one card only
Rest don't matter
Now, start the game and play single cards on your turn, making sure you don't go out. The other players will likely have nothing to play and time out to get an X. Once all other players are eliminated, you get the round win. Repeat this 10 times for the achievement.
If it's on a color that everyone will get an X on, and maybe be eliminated, it's better to take an X yourself and eliminate the players, just be careful not to eliminate yourself.
If you don't have 4 controllers, you can try with as many controllers as you have and just play on fast, the computer often can't play fast enough.

I guess that depends, can guests go into online games for this game? I can't remember, but if they can, I'd assume it would work.

can this also be done by multiplayer ? if you have a controller and your friend also one controller ?

If you don't have more than 1 controller to play with it still easy to get it.
- Make sure to play 1 card per turn.
- Set you cards to avoid color and number matching.
- When the computer is near of winning, us a color changer if you have one, and change it to a color that you have and that the computer don't.
- Put the setting to normal, that way the computer won't have much time to set his cards, so they'll get more strike.

Playing with 3 other controllers doesn't work. I just did it and it didn't pop. Has to be single player or online multiplayer.

My solution is by using 1 controller, so why the negative vote?

Select the Elimination mode and just lay enough cards down so that the other players get eliminated. Repeat 10 times and the achievement will unlock. Easier to do using the multiplayer strategy.
Note: You can also Get the "Block Party" (or "Life of the Party") and the "Party's Over", Achievement.
