Unlock all carriages first (done by buying and upgrading them in endless mode).

An update added a new engine which is unlocked by collecting a special orange bolts in each biome. It looks like a white WV Beetle and is needed for the achievement.

they added characters after astronaut, needed 31/31 characters to pop this.
