This achievement unlocks if you spend 30 minutes in the SNOW biome(snow & penguins) in one game.
ENDLESS:
SNOW is the 3rd biome you will encounter. Buying a new train engine will advance biome.

This will be easier on easy difficulty, try to use every material to build a long track between every station in the biome. Stall the train as much as you can before buying the next train engine as this will change biome. The light wagon is also useful here to clear the map of snow so you can move around faster.
SANDBOX:
If you have unlocked the Snow train engine you can start a game of sandbox on Snow from the beginning(by selecting that engine) to get a faster way of starting this achievement. An advantage in sandbox mode is that you can equip every wagon you have previously unlocked in endless mode here, so you can start with max upgrades from the first station to make this a little easier.
