During the Space and Mars Biomes which are the sixth and seventh biome you come across if you head underwater. Anyway the you will be automatically given a jet-pack to use on your character during these biomes.
This achievement requires you to stay in one of these biomes for half an hour/30 minutes using the jet pack. If can be quite tricky as you will be quite far in a run so I would suggest starting an easy run just for this achievement alone.
