This achievement can be earnt quite easily if you or your team are going for this specifically. If you play with randoms online then you will have a high chance of them spending your bolts and ruining your attempt.
Your goal is to collect the bolts and keep 25 of them. It may sound quite difficult but is surprisingly easy if done correctly. Make sure to take your time and search for the hidden bolts around the map, some of the special bolts are worth more bolts too. And also importantly make sure to complete the missions between each station which are also worth one bolt.
