The 4 different animals(and their biomes) you need for this one:
Cow - Plains
Camel - Desert
Walrus - Snow
Magma/lava blob - Hell

The fastest and easiest way to unlock this achievement(if you have unlocked the milk wagon and the train engine for the 4 different biomes in endless first) is to start up a game of SANDBOX. Difficulty doesn't matter, but remember to attach your milk wagon before you start. You can also select the train speed by choosing starting distance to make it easier. If you are using dynamite be careful not to kill the animals.
Play each biome until you find the animal mentioned above, pick it up with
and connect it to the milk wagon. You will hear a sound and see a red string when it's connected. Once you have 1 animal from your current biome connected simply switch to another biome at the next train station by swapping the train engine!
Once you pick up the 4th animal and connect it to the milk wagon, the achievement will unlock!
Blow up all the animals with one dynamite to unlock:

This achievement is the worst...
If it's not random BS making the animals disconnect or die, it's the animals refusing to spawn after running through a biome 5+times.

If the animals dying to the bot and/or despawning is an issue like it was for me try "kids" difficulty in endless. You can retry right from the previous station if something goes wrong.
