For this achievement you need to destroy 20 snowmen, which appear in the snow biome. Start up a sandbox game with the following settings:
Game mode: Sandbox
Difficulty: Easy
Seed: 8tEbrwg
Put the snow biome engine (the third one on the list) on your train and start the game. There should be one snowman below you, as well as another farther down right. Place a few pieces of wood to reach it. Destroy both of these with the axe/pickaxe. Then pause the game, hit restart and rinse and repeat until you get the achievement

As a slightly faster option, instead of grabbing an axe/pick to break the snowmen, just continue placing bridges until you destroy them by covering that space up. Just unlocked the achievement in less than 5 min this way
