You obtain this achievement automatically after you finish the 8th chapter called "The letter"

In the spoiler you find a complete video walkthrough including all secrets (collectibles) and the achievement for this chapter.

This includes all secrets / collectibles in chapter 8. There are 12 breakable portions of ice, which can be broken by jumping on them. You have to break all of them in one run through the chapter!
