Didn't popup for me at the first run. I had to play the chapter again to gain this achievement.

You obtain this achievement automatically after you finish the 12th chapter called "Renewed"

In the spoiler you find a complete video walkthrough including all secrets (collectibles)

This is won by just completing the last chapter in the game, "Renewed". It’s a fairly straightforward chapter that really doesn’t have a challenge to it. It’s a short and quick chapter with a cutscene at the end.
