For me this is one of the easiest levels to do without dying, with only 3 spots where you can die. I also found out that’s it’s possible to pause and restart chapter before a death (I messed up the part with the boulder)

The description says it all. You have to complete chapter 4 without dying. I suggest you get familiar to the chapter at first. There are still speed runs on your way, which will take a few tries. You will eventually know the layout of the chapter well, and will probably need to do the speed run without dying anyways, so do not worry about this trophy.
