Probably the easiest gold medal, the rapids part is the easier part but don t rush too much cause is easy to die if u don t remember what s coming. In the video i did it with 30 sec left and made a couple of mistakes.

To unlock this trophy you have to do a speedrun in gold medal time for chapter 7. In order to do so a second player is very helpful to do things simultaneously.

However, you might not have a second player so here are some general pieces of advice: Do not hesitate at all; you can do nearly all of the enemy sections in a fluent way if you just go for it. The same applies for tricky platforming sections. Whenever possible connect both Yarnies into one by holding when close together.
