The best way to beat Akasha on normal or hard is to just keep running around the place and use the rocket launcher and the minigun (because of his high fire-rate).
Keep in mind that there is a Udamage in the lower part of where the rocket launcher is, so get it when it appears or Akasha will get it before and believe me, you don't want that to happen.
stay calm and don't get too excited because you have 4 or 5 kills in a row, becuase she will become more agressive during the match.
She sometimes run away from you but don't follow her. She probably will go to get some life vials and armor and will get you by surprise in a corner. Just wait for her to return.
If you do this, Akasha will fall eventually in some time. She runs A LOT so don't worry if you don't see her for a long time.

For this you will have to get to the end of chapter 5 then you will have a fight against Akasha. You will have to get 20 kills before you beat her and get the achievement. If she is losing to you on casual after 13 kills she will turn into a masterful bot, on normal she will be godlike. So if you can't do it get a buddy to help you.
