Bots: Novice
Map: Rising Sun
Mutators: Weapon replacement - replace everything with Enforcers.
Kill 5 bots, then pick up a bio-rifle, walk up to a wall and kill yourself with it. Repeat in 20 different matches.
Yes...as stupid as it sounds, you actually get credit for ending your own spree. I found out on accident by killing myself while on a spree and the achievement popped up.

Map: Morbias Arena
Mutators: Speed Freak, Instagib, Low Gravity(so you can jump to the second floor)
Players: You, Dummy(splitscreen)
Time: Doesn't matter
Goal: 5
Requires: Two controllers
As the dummy player grab the rocketlauncher and kill yourself once to make your score -1, then kill your actual character 5 times which should give you a score of 4 and a killing spree. Then use your real character to kill the dummy ending his spree, then to save time switch back to the dummy and get it's 5th kill to end the match. Repeat 19 more times.

If you use your dummy account or player YOU don't get the achievement or achievements. Your dummy does. So if you follow this gentlemens layout you'll have to reverse it and use your main player for this and not your dummy. It'll be you that gets the 4-1 the use your account to get the 5th kill and then ending the game and repeat.or just kill your dummy 5 times then either kill yourself or take your other controller and then kill yourself with it leading to ENDIND SPREE IN 20 MATCHES , achievement.

A spree is 5 or more kills without dieing. Ending that is killing a person after they have got 5 or more kills without being killed.
You could set up a second controller in multiplayer on Rising Sun and kill your main character 5 times and then kill the second controller or player to get the award. Do this 19 more times in different matches. If you have a spree you can also kill yourself and still get this award so if you want to do it that way you can.
