Fastest way I have found is to setup a multiplayer match on Rising Sun with the full amount of god-like bots allowable making sure to set private slots to max. Add the mutators speed freak and Instagib. Also add force respawn and of course set the kills to 20. Just set down your controller and let it go, each match takes about 1-2 mins. So far I have never had the game time out or stop when the controller disconnects or when the xbox goes into power save mode so don't worry about that.

No reason to do this if you are going for Get a Life since you need to get manually 200 kills

For the Get a Life achievement you set the point limit to zero. You only get this achievement if you set the point limit to 20.

If you want to kill a few birds with one stone set the map to Morbias Arena, use weapon replacement to use only Enforcers, up the bots to 8 and set it on Novice.
Matches will last 1 or 2 minutes (I went 20 - 0 on most), you'll get Monster Kill every game and Gunslinger every game ... and most likely First Blood too.

You can boost with 16 bots or play these normally in mutiplayer. If you're boosting just set up a small Deathmatch with 16 bots on Rising Sun to 20 kills. I would do the weapon achievements at the same time and get them out of the way while you're doing this. Also see Note: in "Flag waver".
