Without the video, this achievement is very simple.
Start an instant action deathmatch game on "Morbias Arena", with the maximum number of novice bots. Put on the "Weapon replacement" mutator and set every weapon to the Enforcer. Set the kill limit to 20 (this will also work towards the "Paint the town red" achievement).
With all the settings ready, start the match, and slaughter novice bots for about 30 seconds until the match is finished. I personally find it easy to keep a Monster Kill going for the entire game, but in any case it should end fast.
Do this 9 more times and the achievement should pop.

Just so people are aware: to get a "Gun Slinger" award, it requires 15 kills with the Enforcer pistol.

Same as "Brain Surgeon" but you need to get the kills with the Enforcer. No headshots are needed, just kills.
