This achievement is to beat the Mechanical Eagle Sol, the boss for the 4th meteor shard.
The boss is not that hard to beat and I recommend to use cogs to be extra sure to beat it. Just avoid the missles (see the target on the ground), kill the mobs fast and jump to the other birds when the floor electrifies. And in the end...just hit the brain when it's not covered anymore.
