Easy place to get this is by cheesing the one on north avenue. You can climb a vine up to a platform and snipe it. I used the auto blaster since all damage was 1 anyway.

Also three perfect parries in a row stuns them allowing you to do massive damage. The first weapon without chips to increase attack takes 4 times stunning it. Rachel's axe with a damage chip can one shot them in the prologue.

This can also be done with invulnerability on.
