Once you get used to the game you can defeat the 5 mandatory bosses in about 30 minutes, and the rest of the time you can use it to defeat M. and the Final Boss
The fire dungeon and the museum dungeon cannot be skipped in the current version of the game (December 2021) for the rest you can follow the path in this video, know that you will have to learn how to use the Wall Sword Jump for a couple of parts in the game, even without this glitch it is still possible to take the longer roads and end up under an hour of time.

No real point in going for M, will only save you about a minute on the escape and that’s not taking into account the time taken to fight her, which is probably like 2-3 minutes.

Can you do this on the easy difficulty with the no death mode on?
