Kamas is a secret boss found in act 2. Half way through the level you'll enter a courtyard with 2 wells, immediately start attacking the well on the right until it's destroyed, you can only damage it from the bottom for some reason.
Once the well is destroyed you also have to knock 2 enemies into the well on the left.
Once both of these are done enter the large building to the north, talk to the man in the middle then take the door on the left, go through one more room and you'll be in a room with a cracked wall to the bottom right, clear out the enemies then break this wall for a path to the boss. If you're seeing a symbol in place of a cracked wall it may be an issue with knocking enemies into the well.
