How to unlock the The Beginning and the End achievement in Unsouled - Definitive Guide

This achievement requires you to get the true ending by beating both secret bosses and the true variant of Ammu, as this requires Ammu’s Active Soul.
Go through the sealed door at the end of Act 4 (the one which leads to Luyh) and take out the first group of enemies to find a bell. Ring it 8 times - if you didn’t ring it previously the first ring will unlock After the 8th ring you can use Soul Focusing on it to break the bell’s chains, with it leaving a bunch of bumps with its descent. Go to the first one - left of where the bell used to be - and activate Ammu’s Active Soul with
to fall into the Tomb. The achievement will pop upon reaching the grave at the centre of the Tomb - the soul found in the grave also contains what will likely prove to be the last move you’ll need for

You have to have all 8 of the soul abilities for this. After opening the secret door in Act 4 ring the bell 8 times.
after the 8th ring you'll be able to hit LT & A button. the bell will crash down the steps. equip the Soul of Ammu ability & press RB in the area where the bell used to be. the floor will break & lead you to a secret area with a pond. absorb this secret & the achievement will unlock.
