First off, where to find the chimes: go to the very end of Act 4 - the normal boss statue, to be precise. From there, go right, then down, then left to find them.
As for the melody, it is 1-3-4-6-7-8-3. If you hear the big gong sound after hitting the 3rd chime a second time, you got it. If you’ve reached the true ending prior you’ll also unlock
