This is not a guide, but a huge tip that will make this achievement a lot easier.
*You can activate Soul of Nuzea (Iris's active soul) at anytime and it will make you almost invincible to burning damage, don't use it to inflict damage (leave the timer running)
Go crazy until low health and go for proj-counter to chain counter.
Feel free to practice in the abyss the chain counter at least till you feel comfortable with the timing.
