There are three secret passageways hidden in Act 5. Like all secrets in the game, each is marked by the Greek letter Ψ.
#1) Right after the prison section, a breakable wall hidden behind the junk near the "Bruna Marth" Gradiva statue.
#2) In the bottom-righthand corner of the courtyard split by large ice walls.
#3) In the room at the top of the same courtyard, use Absorb
on the top-rightmost bookshelf to open the door along the same wall. NOTE: This is actually the same room where, if you bring the twisted soul from Act 3 for The Inevitable achievement and interact with the bed, you'll unlock the Unsouled achievement.
