How to unlock the The Broken Tie achievement in Unsouled - Definitive Guide

You have to have defeated all the bosses & the 2 hidden bosses in order to get this. you should have 7 of the 8 soul orbs when you defeat her this time you will get a different ending the last soul orb & the achievement.

I did not have 7 of the 8 soul orbs and still got this nor did I defeat all bosses, first playthrough I did the 2 hidden ones and met Ammu, so I'm pretty sure that is the requiremenet.
