Start a game with 2 controllers and go to the gym. Make sure to keep the 2 characters out of reach of other robots so they don't get punched or it will and the game. Take your main character on the sides or back of the instructor and punch him. Wait until he gets back on his feet and repeat 2 times.
Velvet
Minimum 2 Players Required.
You'll get this on the level 'Gym'. On this stage, you'll be in a workout studio with a few rows of robots and an instructor in the back. Every few seconds, the instructor will start to countdown from 3. When the countdown is down, the instructor and robots will on punch in front of them (whether somebody is there or not). For this reason, just be careful as you make your way around the room.
Stand next to the instructor so you're facing them and when their countdown ends, punch them. They'll get knocked a bit but promptly get back up and continue the "lesson". Repeat this two more times to unlock the trophy.
