I think the only place you can do this one is in the arena. Go there with 2 controllers and place one of them at the very edge on the arena. Then punch him with your main character.
Velvet
Minimum 2 Players Required.
While 2 Players are required to actually start the match, this can unlock if a player is punched out of the game area by a bot. You'll earn this on the stage 'Arena' since it's the only one that has excess area out of the fight area for players to fly off into. The trophy will also unlock if any player gets knocked out, even if it's Player 1.
Have a player stand on the left or right edge of the play area. With another active player, just run up to them and punch them so they fly off the mat. When they land, the trophy will unlock.
