Very simple, on the main menu press A to spawn in and walk around the entire screen punching every single robot with the A button. Once the last one has fallen the achievement will unlock.

The start scene is basically the main menu of the game where you select your characters before starting the game. Activate one character and just start going to town punching all of the robots. The more active players you have, the quicker this will go, but it should only take about a minute or two to get them all. Once you've knocked out all the unsuspecting robots, the trophy will unlock.
