This one is simple enough. Just start up a game and set the score limit to "1". You can play any level you want, but if you're playing with more than 2 players, pick "Meadow" since it only requires 1 player to take out 1 other to win. Finish the round and when the one single required point is award, the game will finish and the trophy will unlock.
