When you begin a game, the start up Rules menu will include an option for Tutorial. Change it to Yes and complete the tutorial, or "tuto", for the achievement.

Minimum 2 Players required.
Start up again with any rules you want, just make sure that Tutorial is set to "on". Before the actual round/game starts, you'll go through a short tutorial showing you how to play the game and the basic controls. Once all of the players have left through the exit, the trophy will unlock.
