For anyone confused by this achievement, it is earned not by winning a single match but by winning a game. I tried setting the game to play to 1 but that didn’t trigger. Seems like you have to play more then one match winning both matches and making sure no one else gets any points. I did it by playing with 4 controllers, on sushi level, play to 6. Run around and kill the other 3 characters. Then on the next match repeat and the achievement will pop. Probably could have been done with play to 2 and only two controllers. Hope this helps.

When you start up a game, leave the default settings on ("always choose" for the level select, a stock of 10, no tutorial). When you choose your levels, make sure they're ones that require one final player to be standing to end. Whether or not the level has hazards doesn't matter, just make sure to avoid them if you happen to select one. Keep playing through each round and just make sure Player 1 takes out the other 3 players each time. After the 4th round, you'll reach the 10 points required to win the game and because no other player earned any points, the trophy will unlock.
