This is done on the Meadow Level. The Spectator is directly at the top of the map behind the fence, simply walk up to it and press A to unlock the achievement.

Minimum 2 Players Required.
Start up a game and choose the level "Meadow". When the game starts, look at the center of the fence along the back and you'll see a little kid watching the fight. The actual design of the kid will vary from game to game.
Simply walk up to him and punch him in his face. When he flies back, the trophy will unlock.
