You will need 3 controllers for this achievement. Don't start your game in meadow because in this arena the game ends after only 1 kill. My favorite one is the sushi bar because it is the smallest arena. Bundle all the characters together and quickly punch them with your main one.
Velvet
Minimum 3 Players Required.
This will be similar to Triple Punch
but will be much easier. Start up a game with at least 3 Players and choose a level that doesn't have any hazards ('School' is a good recommendation). Have Player 1 stand still and move the other players so they're standing right in front of them (player 1). When you're ready, spam 
so you hit one player, then immediately hit another after the very short cooldown time expires. You should easily be able to hit two of them within 2 seconds. When you do, the trophy will unlock.
