Note: this has to be done with four controllers to fill all slots.
This is done on the Factory Level. Simply start a match with all four of your accounts and stand still. A giant press from above will eventually crush everyone and give you the achievement.

Minimum 2 Players required.
You'll get this on the level "Factory". On this stage, there are 4 separate sections, each of which have a compactor that will smash anyone in its section when it slams down. You'll know which section is about to go off as the red light on the compactor itself will flash as a warning.
For this trophy, you need all active players to get crushed by the compactors, resulting in no winner. If you're using 2 players, they'll need to be crushed by the same compactor. If you're using more than 2 players, the last 2 players standing will need to be crushed by the compactor so provided there is no "last man standing". The game will end as soon as everyone dies, at which time the trophy will also unlock.
