Very tedious achievement, here's how I did it:
-Set the score to 99
-Loaded up 4 controllers
-Played on the Sushi Bar map
I walked along the bar waiting for the right sushi to roll by while punching everyone in sight. The logic here is once you have a full sushi order you'll get 2 points plus any points you managed to get by KO'ing any of your dummy accounts. An optimal run would be 4 points: 2 for collecting all the sushi and 2 more for knocking out two of the dummys.
If you do happen to get two KOs, stop punching because if you knock out the third dummy the match will end immediately and you'll lose the 2 points for getting all the sushi.
This method is a minimum of 25 games played but I think it's way faster than anything else I was experimenting with trying to quick grind this out.

Minimum 2 Players are required but it's recommended you use 4 so you can knock out the majority of the other trophies and get to 99 a little bit quicker.
When you start up a game, change the stock to 99 and set the level select as "always choose". You want Player 1 to win each match (unless there's a separate trophy stating otherwise). If you're playing a level that ends when 1 player is the first to score (punches another player), you'll only earn 1 point at a time. If you're playing a level that has hazards, you won't earn any points if these kill the other players. For that reason, it's recommended you use a small level with no hazards that ends when one final player is standing. This way you get 3 points per game added to your total, meaning you'll only need to play 33 games minimum. 'School' and 'Spaceship' are really good for this. Be sure to check out the rest of the trophy list before going for 99, though. Since you're playing with 4 players, you can knock out the majority of the trophies during this time, making the cleanup later on much quicker.
