This is done on the Prison Level. There are two illuminated tiles in the ground, simply walk over one to turn the lights off (additional note: do this ten times for the Short Circuit achievement). Bunch up your three dummy accounts near one tile, turn the lights out, and punch all of them quickly for the achievement.

Minimum 4 Players Required.
Start up a game and choose the level 'Prison'. On this stage, there are two buttons on the ground that will periodically light up. When you step on them, the lights will go out and the play area will turn dark. Player 1 will need to punch the other 3 players during while this darkness is active. They don't need to all be punched during the same "dark" cycle, just when the lights are off period. Have the other 3 players just stand next to one of the buttons and have Player 1 step on/off the button as needed until all 3 players have been punched in the dark. When the 3rd one goes down, the round will end and the trophy will unlock.
