Obviously, you will need 4 controllers for this one. You can't be quick enough to punch all 3 with only one character. What you have to do is punching 2 characters at the same time with 2 different controllers and then quickly punch the remaining one with your main character. Don't start your game in meadow because in this arena the game ends after only 1 kill. My favorite one is the sushi bar because it is the smallest arena.

4 Players are required.
You'll need to do this on a level that will end when one final player is standing. You should avoid doing this on a level that has any hazards as well since those will just get in the way. The 'School' is really good for this since it's small and the robots don't attack anything. You can clear out the robots if you want, but it's not required.
To unlock the trophy, you basically need 3 players to go down within 2 seconds. When you punch another human player, there's just about a half second delay that'll happen before you can punch again, so you need to be quick with it. It's very unlikely this will happen naturally, so you're going to want to set it up like the following.
Player 1 Player 2
Player 3 Player 4
Have Player 1 and Player 2 face Player's 3 and 4, respectively. When you're ready, have Players 1 & 2 both punch at the same time, knocking out Players 3 & 4, then immediately have Player 1 turn and punch Player 2 to knock them out. You'll need to be quick with this to get the 2 seconds required. If it's done fast enough, the trophy will unlock.
