This is done on the Prison Level and you'll need at least two controllers to do it.
On this level a spotlight sweeps back and forth across the map, simply position your second controller to stand on a spot where the light will shine. Move your primary account right in front of it, and the instant the light shines on it press A for the achievement.

You'll get this on the level 'Prison'. On this level, some spotlights will eventually roam around the play area. When they're over a robot, the electrical insides will show, but when it goes over a human, it'll just reveal them to be, in fact, human. For this trophy, you need to hit another player when the spotlight goes over them. If you have another human player, this will be easier since you can just chase the spotlight and take them out as soon as they hit it. If you're self boosting, just idle a player near the middle of the play area and just wait for the light to hit them.
As soon as you punch them and if the spotlight was over them, the trophy will unlock.
