Tried all this, even contacted them and completed the survey multiple times since.
Funny thing is, the achievement appeard on recent achievements list on the console. I could share it into my feed, too... But no unlock so far.

As with every Platinum trophy, once you have collected every other trophy throughout the game, you will receive this. Additionally, the game gives you an in-game reward for completing 100% of the tasks so if you would like to receive what the Platinum title is referring to, simply return to the beginning area and open the special prize. If you would like to spoil what that is and how to use it, refer to The Pub, Quickly trophy video.
