Make sure you pull the chair as soon as he starts the sitting animation, much sooner than you would expect.

If you're like me and you can't seem to get the timing down, I've tested it a few times to figure out when exactly to pull the stool out from beneath him.

First off, the achievement is located in the Pub section, which is the fourth one in the game. And you need to get passed the guard in front to do it. Either get in the box to the side when they aren't looking and get carried in or untie the man's shoelaces and run past as he fixes them.

Either way, once you're in, head into the grassy section below and find the old man next to the chair. You want to pull the stool out from beneath him as he sits down to play.

As said above, if you can't get the timing down, do it just as the old man adjusts his pants (he grabs them with both hands). Otherwise, he will almost always turn around and see you.

Then, just carry around the hat for a second or two until the achievement pops. Hope this helps!

When you are at The Pub you can pull the stool out from under the old man, as he goes to sit down, to make him fall on the ground, then just steal his hat

Related to the "To-Do as well" List.
You need to have the 4th Area Unlocked (Pub)
-We can combine this with the "Pretty" Achievement. As we are going to use the old man's hat for this Achievement anyway.

For the "Pretty" Achievement. We need to dress the Statue in the High Gardens with 3 items from areas other than the High Garden.
1- Let's take some Glasses from the Yard Sale in the High Street area. (Then drop them in front of the Statue in the Ladies yard)
2- Next we will take the old man's hat from The Pub Area. While he's about to play his Harmonica, pull the stool from under him before he sits down and he will fall. Right after he falls, press to take his hat. 🏆Cheeky Achievement Unlocked (Now drop the hat off in front of the Statue in the Ladies yard)
3- Next let's get the Toothbrush from the Trashcan in the High Street Area (Then drop it in front of the Statue in the Ladies yard)
-Once she puts all 3 items on the Statue. This Cheevo will Pop🏆
