How to unlock the Nasty achievement in Untitled Goose Game - Definitive Guide

You have to distract him by turning on the sprinkler once you get him out of the garden steal his keys then swim into the water away from him drop the keys then while he is still out of the garden interact with the gate thus locking him out.

-Distract the Groundskeeper with the Radio by the gate
-Drop the Radio so he goes to pick it up
-While hes picking it up, take his keys with cn_B
-Take his keys in the pond and drop them where he cannot get them
-Next race back to the gate before him and close it using cn_B

The video below is a full walkthrough of the game, including all "missable" achievements. Nasty is unlocked by luring the gardener out of his garden, stealing his keys, and distracting him long enough to close the gate to his garden.

1. In the garden: move the wooden crate near the cabbages. There is a hole in the bushes
2. Open gate
3. turn on sprinklers
4. wait for gardener to walk through the gate, the close it
5. steal the keys while he is at the sprinkler tap
6. run to the hole in the bushes

You can choose to lure the groundskeeper out of the garden by stealing the radio or turning on the sprinkler to allow entry. Once the gate is open, steal the groundskeeper's keys and shut the gate with the man outside of the garden.

If you are having any trouble getting the keys, use the method in The Garden trophy description for completing the "Make the groundskeeper hit his thumb" and steal the keys while he is laying on the ground. You can also hide the keys in the large plot of green leaves so the groundskeeper doesn't retrieve them before being lured out of the garden again.

You need to lure the gardener out by turning on the water (the valve to the left of the gate), when he opens the gate, grab the keys from his belt and run into the garden. Slam the gate behind you while the gardener works with the water.
