OMG! More then two hours to got this achievement.

This one is a real bastard. The video really helps in figuring out the order to do things. I will add that you should not keep to the guide religiously, but try to see what opportunities pop up. For example, if you see that the man is drinking tea, try to take that chance to make him spit it out or try to take his second slipper. I have had several runs where I did everything but one of those and the bells rang while I was waiting for him to start drinking tea.

This one was the biggest PitA out of them all, thanks to the horrible AI, and the two NPCs we have to deal with. It took me a few dozen tries to get it down, and a little RNG luck.
Save the vase and rose the end, once they get broken/cut, the two NPCs engage in an argument and it takes forever. DO THESE AT THE SAME TIME, LURE THE LADY TO THE LOWER AREA AND LEAVE THE VASE NEAR THE MAN SITTING.
I started by quickly grabbing the hat, pipe, and glasses off the table and running them down to the lower area, but not across the fence yet, not until we get all 3. While we're here, grab his slippers and put at least one in the pond.
Hopefully, the lady will be near the bell, if not, ring it and run back to the lower area of the mans yard. Now, drop the fence and bring a piece of the busts dress-up over, grab a piece of clothing off the clothes line, and go back. Repeat until you have the clothing on the mans side, and the mans stuff on the other side.
Place them in the little stone dish under the bust, and when she goes to put them on, move the goose statue (to the clothes line works, or to the other yard if the fence is down).
Once you get the bow on, startle the man with the bell, grab the soap, do the laundry.
Now, move the rose hedge, peck the shrub, and steal the vase.

Fuck that achievement so hard. Glad I am done with it. Took nearly 2 hours just for this one achievement because the damn AI of the lady kept getting stuck pondering about her lost socks at the very end when I only had one objective left (cut the rose) not counting the vase break at the end.
Not as bad as Supermarket Shriek's 5th street, but shitty nonetheless.

I never saw this mentioned, so I thought I'd give my two cents on the easiest way to grab this achievement. The hardest part for me and it seems a lot of others is getting the man to spit out his tea. Here's the easiest way I discovered:
Before you jump right in on the speed run, wait a little bit while the camera pans around following the man/woman.
The timer does not start until you hit X to honk. I found that if you wait until the man is still reading the newspaper but is getting ready to switch to his tea, that's when you should begin the run. This way you'll be able to grab his shoe and make him spit out his tea at the very beginning rather than wasting time during the run waiting for him to pick up his tea.

Great tip. If you grab his slipper and take it round to the fountain he won't come and get it if you are quick. Also, use the cricket bat to distract him to get the 3 items off his table rather than wait for him to read the newspaper.

Arguably the most frustrating trophy in the game, The Back Gardens can be difficult to get in under six minutes. Transferring the items between the two backyards, timing out the bell to ring when the man is drinking tea, stealing both slippers and getting the birdbath bust dressed up and the clothing items into the fountain will all take pretty decent timing and a bit of luck. Pretending to be the goose statue can add a full minute to your time if you don’t time it out correctly as well. Remember to reset before you start to give you the full six minutes. You may need it.

I advise you to leave the vase and rose for last, as they begin to waste time sorting things out if you do this at the beginning or in the middle of the level. And in the end it will take a maximum of 30 seconds
