You can access The Pub from the Back Gardens by going through the house, getting chucked out the front door and heading right and up past the yellow van. To get into the pub you will need to hide in the purple and white box to the left of the van when the stockwoman is not looking. She will carry you into the pub and put you in the back area of the pub, at which point you have free access to the area. Watch out for the barwoman and the bouncer fellow, both will try to escort you out of the area if they catch you.

Your to-do list is easier and more fun in this area and it is as follows:

• Get into the pub
• Break the dartboard
• Get the toy boat
• Make the old man fall on his bum
• Be awarded a flower
• Steal a pint glass and drop it in the canal
• Set the table (knife, fork, plate, pepper, candle)

The old man is towards the bottom of the screen in the outdoors area. When the old man is playing darts, HONK right before he takes his shot to break the dartboard.

When the old man grabs his harmonica and is about to sit and play, steal the stool from under him. This will make him fall on his bum. You can also steal his hat when he is on the ground for the Cheeky trophy.

To the right of the old man, two women are sitting together. Walk up the platform in front of them and they will pantomime commands to you. HONK, bow and spread your wings for their entertainment and they will give you a yellow flower.

The toy boat is in the sink in the back of the pub proper. To access it, you will need to turn the water on by using the dial on the right of the sink and let it fill up all the way to the top. You will have to avoid the barwoman who will try to turn the water off each time and usher you out of the pub. Use the tables for cover and keep at it until you can reach the toy. Once you have the toy, you can bring it out the front of the pub and jump into the water to take it for a swim under the nearby bridge to achieve the Lovely trophy, if you like. You will still need to sneak back into the pub for the other two tasks, so you may want to hold off until you return post-game.

Inside the back room where you are deposited, there is a makeshift table. Bring the pepper from the left side table, the fork from under the middle table, the candle from the far right table, the knife from under the cabinet in the upper area of the pub and the plate from the shelves directly behind the makeshift table you are setting up. There are other some extra plates and utensils around the pub if those work better for you as well. This will complete the task.

Lastly, grab either of the pint glasses sitting out in the pub and head towards the entrance. You will likely need to bait the bouncer to chase you to lead him away from the entrance. Sneak into the hole in the lattice under the right set of stairs and head out the other side to freedom. Be careful to not crash into anything, it may break the pint glass. Try not to drop it until you are out over the water. Once it hits the water below the bridge, you should be ready to knock out the final task.

The final task will appear on your list:

• Drop a bucket on the burly man's head

Sneak into the purple and white box again and when the stockwoman brings you back into the pub, you can either pop out and get the bouncer to follow you to the stockroom door or wait until you are inside the stockroom again. Now grab two tomatoes out of the now accessible crate and place them outside the crate. If you snuck in to the stockroom, you will need to place a tomato on the other side of the door to prompt the bouncer to come into the stock room and put it back into the crate. This is a temperamental event so I suggest going with the first option: Get the bouncer to follow you to the stockroom door, HONK while you set out two tomatoes in the stockroom, keep HONKing to get the bouncer to come in to the stockroom, then escape out the left side to go under into the open area. Run up the left stairs to the kitchen area of the pub and the bouncer should be kneeling down to restock the tomatoes below. Push the bucket over the wall and it will cover the man’s head. This will complete the pub task list, get you the trophy and will prompt the man to open the dumpster lid in the stockroom, opening the way to the final area.
