This can be earned fairly early in the game by trading a herb for the Light Stone. Please follow the guide below at the 14 minute mark to follow along to find a missable area to gain the item and make the trade for the achievement. The video will show the path from the previous collectable (Meditation Bead) to the spot to make the trade for the Light Stone. Make sure to sheath your sword!
