Please note that there are 6 rounds where every vote scores you 1000 points and the final round which consists of 3 votes, where the points per vote are doubled (2000 points per each vote).

Start a new game and make sure that you have one player only choose house decoys/answers and do not have any player vote for his answers so he only loses points. The easiest method to make sure this works is to have him answer with just the same answer every time to make sure that no one selects it while all the other players always use house decoys, so that no matter what he picks it will always lead to negative points for him. Once the game ends and one player is in the negatives, the trophy will pop.

During each round, each participant can vote for their favorite answer. One of the available answers to vote for will be a house answer that is generated by the game and added as a decoy. Voting for the house answer causes you to lose 250 points. If someone votes for your answer though, you get 1000 points in a normal round. So if you want to ensure a participant finishes a match with a negative score, it's best to have each participant submit something obvious like "no" so that when it's time to vote, the normal-looking answer is obviously the house decoy. Have everyone vote for the house decoy every round and that will guarantee each participant haa a negative score at the end, at which point the achievement will unlock.
