How to unlock the The Gold Carlin achievement in Use Your Words - Definitive Guide
You need 6 different windows open at the same time. FWIW, I tried opening more than one private window in the same browser, but then the game kept losing one of the players. That's why I suggest (at least) three separate browsers running simultaneously, not just 6 different windows of the same browser.
During the game, have one of your windows--it doesn't matter which one--always type something unique. (I use "win".) Then have all of the other windows type the same other thing. (I use "a".) Then have the 5 losers select "win", and the winner select another of the same entries.
Note that if your "winning" window clicks on the obvious house answer, you won't get this achievement.
Also note that since it's really hard to tell which answer is with which window, it's better to use a different game to get the achievements for having multiple people with the same answer. You can start up a separate 6-person game, get that on the first question, and then quit out. It's faster than having to go through two 6-person full games.
There are 6 rounds and a finale with 3 parts. At the end of all of these, if you have 60,000 points (5,000/round, and 20,000 for the finale), this will pop.
Start a game with 6 players and make sure that everyone only votes for one players answer in every minigame. I made this easier on myself by always having the person I voted for give the same answer so I knew which one to select (I just kept putting "Pick Me"). Make sure that you have the player being picked select other peoples' ACTUAL answers, not house decoy or house answers so they do not lose points (I had one other player always answer "A"). Once you finish the game with a perfect score of 60,000 points, the trophy will pop.
A perfect game entails a score of 60,000 points, which is only obtainable via a six-player match. During every single round of a match (the 6 normal rounds and the 3 speed rounds in the finale) five participants need to vote for the same sixth participant every single time.
The easiest way to do this is to set up a six player game (which you'll obviously need six browsers for), and pick one browser to be the winner (for example, Chrome on your laptop). Have that browser always submit something obvious like "yes" and the other five browsers submit something obvious like "no." The five losers will all vote for the "yes" response during every single round, so the winner always gets maximum points. Just as important - the winner must vote for any of the "no" answers each round. Doesn't matter which, it just matters that the winner does NOT accidentally vote for the normal looking house decoy answer. This will cause the winner to lose points and not be able to earn a perfect score.
If five participants all vote for the same participant during all 9 opportunities, the winner should have 60,000 points and unlock all related achievements.
