Just start and complete 50 regular games. The fastest way I found to get through a game as fast as possible is to do a 3-player game and have everyone answer all minigames with a single letter/number and then have everyone pick the house answer. By doing this you only have one result that pops up after each minigame so it will save a little bit of time for you. After the 50th one, the trophy will pop!

As the description says, you simply need to complete 50 matches. The minimum number of participants for a match is 3, so you will need at least 3 unique browsers in order to even play a match.
A single match consists of 6 minigames and a finale, which has 3 minigames. Each minigame involves each participant submitting a response, all responses are shown, and then each participant must vote for a response. So to speed up the matches, playing with the minimum number of players reduces the amount of time the announcer spends showing every answer. Even with 3 participants, a single game takes around 20 minutes since things move pretty slow. So expect to spend a decent amount of time grinding this out to get 50 games played.
